In Fall
2009, Old Dominion University will begin its long-awaited
football season. As with our tradition of tailgating
during the ODU Basketball games, HRPAA will definitely have big
presence during the ODU Football games. There is no other
way to put it other than saying that this is going to be HUGE.
Many of
you have been asking various questions, but most importantly
about season tickets and the HRPAA tailgate parties.
TICKETS:
Our first and foremost goal is to be able to let a group of
PIKES to purchase season tickets so that we can all sit together
in a block of seats. In order to achieve this goal, we
need you to fill out this form so that we can collect some
information and then negotiate our seat locations.
Ticket
prices for the 2009 season has not been released at this point in time.
Season tickets go on sale, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2008.

THE DEADLINE TO BE ON OUR LIST IS JANUARY 1, 2008! IT
IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION BECAUSE THE MORE
PEOPLE THAT WE HAVE, THE BETTER GROUP RATE/SEATS WE WILL GET!
Details
regarding payment, payment methods, and who to pay will be
released soon. We will find out if it will be
best for HRPAA to collect the payments from you and then
purchase all tickets at once or for individuals to pay ODU
themselves. In this latter case, as long as you are on our
list, you would be provided a season ticket within our group.
TAILGATE PARTIES:
HRPAA will
definitely be tailgating at the 6 home games in 2009.
Details such as times, the exact locations, costs, food,
beverages, etc... still need to be worked out. However, it
can be guaranteed that we will be taking our tailgate parties up
to an unforeseen level.
